Freshbooks is useful when it comes to tracking expenses and revenues for your business. It's an all-in-one accounting solution for businesses that lets you take care of invoicing, expenses, projects, and payments in one place. There is a bank reconciliation feature where it connects to your bank and you can track all of your expenses and revenues, invite your accountant, and keep organized records of all your transactions. It also has a ton of integrations so you can connect it to your payroll service (like gusto), manage employee time, and more.
An Invoice Generator
Freshbooks also allows you to generate invoices for your clients manually and through time tracking. You can also markup expenses you may have from taking on clients. Similarly, you can send out estimates for services you offer.
